The Way He Looks (Hoje Eu Quero Voltar Sozinho) is a touching Brazilian drama written by director Daniel Ribeiro. The film follows a young blind teenager as he struggles to live a more independent life despite the disappointment this causes his best friend and his mother. When a new boy comes to town, however, he reconsiders his plans.
Celebrating its 25th year, the Melbourne Queer Film Festival returns in March of 2015 with an impressive program of award-winning gay themed cinema. Opening on March 19th with the Brazilian film, The Way He Looks, the 25th edition of this incredible film festival runs for just 12 days, concluding on March 30th.
Established in 2008, The Palm Springs Gay and Lesbian Film Festival is an annual event. The festival’s 8th edition in 2014 begins on 18th September and will run until 21st September at The Camelot Theatre in Palm Springs. Outfest: Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Film Festival is an annual event held each July. This year the 2014 festival will run from 10 July to 20 July at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles.
