The Kids Are All Right is a comedy-drama film which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2010. Written by Stuart Blumberg and Lisa Cholodenko and directed by the latter, the American motion picture follows the life of a same-sex couple and the ups and downs of their long-term relationship. The film stars Julianne Moore and Annette Bening.
Lisa Cholodenko’s charming feature film debut High Art released in 1998, stars Radha Mitchell as Syd, a scrappy, lowly intern at a photography magazine, who is pulled into the hedonistic orbit of her intriguing neighbour Lucy, who happens to be a well-reputed photographer (played by Ally Sheedy). The 101-minute film grossed just under $2 million at the box office during the year of its release.
