Won “BEST ACTOR” and “BEST FEATURE” at 12 international film festivals

“Depictions of custody battles have become a cinematic staple, but few register with the heartfelt emotion of Any Day Now.”
   Frank Scheck, The Hollywood Reporter

“Cumming and Dillahunt are so terrific – as is Isaac Leyva as their ward – that they pull Any Day Now up from its more maudlin and melodramatic elements.”
   Noel Murray, The A.V. Club

“The biggest strength of the movie is the chemistry between Cumming and Isaac Leyva, a first-time feature film actor with Down syndrome, who does as much to make these scenes work as the experienced actors he's sharing scenes with.”
   Peter Hartlaub, San Francisco Chronicle

  1. :

A moving story set in the 1970’s of 2 men who fight to give a handicap child, a home and a happy life only to find prejudiced at every corner because of their sexuality. Here is a true story of two men who tried to save a boy form a life of hell and took him under their wing and fought to bring him up as their own only to be knocked down. Superb acting from Alan Cummings and what a great singing voice he has too!
